当店の商品は、お客様からご注文をいただいてから一点ずつ製造する「受注生産（オンデマンド印刷）」を採用しております。そのため、通常のECサイトとはお届けまでの流れや日数が異なります。あらかじめ以下の内容をご確認の上、ご注文ください。

1. 商品の製造期間（リードタイム）
受注生産のため、ご注文後2〜7営業日で製造いたします。
発送後のお届けは通常5〜14営業日程度となります。
※繁忙期（年末年始やセール期間など）や、Printful（プリントフル）の在庫状況によっては、上記以上の日数がかかる場合がございます。

2. 配送日数とお届けの目安
製造完了後、パートナー企業（Printful）の配送拠点より発送されます。

3. 送料について
日本、アメリカ合衆国、カナダ、オーストラリア、ニュージーランドへの配送は送料無料です。

4. 関税・輸入消費税について（海外発送の場合）
商品によっては海外の製造拠点から発送される場合があります。輸入時に関税や輸入消費税等が発生した場合は、法令に基づきお客様のご負担となることがあります。

5. 配送先の住所誤り・長期不在について
お届け先住所の入力間違いや、長期不在・保管期限切れにより商品がPrintfulの倉庫へ返送された場合、再発送には再度送料（実費）が発生いたします。また、返送された商品の保管期限は28日間となり、期限を過ぎた場合は破棄されますのでご注意ください（受注生産品のため、これに伴う返金は致しかねます）。

Shipping Policy

Our products are made to order (print-on-demand), meaning each item is produced individually after your order is placed. Because of this, our production and delivery process differs from that of traditional online stores. Please read the following information before placing your order.

1. Production Time (Lead Time)

As all products are made to order, production typically takes 2–7 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 5–14 business days.

Please note that production and shipping may take longer during busy periods (such as holidays or major sales events) or depending on Printful's production capacity and inventory availability.

2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery

After production is complete, your order will be shipped from one of Printful's fulfillment centers.

Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days after shipment.

Please note that, depending on the product type and inventory availability, your order may be fulfilled and shipped from either a domestic or an international Printful facility.

3. Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available for orders delivered to Japan, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Some products may be shipped from fulfillment centers located outside your country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected in accordance with local laws and regulations.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address & Unclaimed Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

If an order is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or an expired holding period, additional shipping charges will apply if you request reshipment.

Returned items are stored by Printful for 28 days. If they are not reshipped within this period, they may be discarded.

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for orders returned under these circumstances.
