セクション5 -発送および配達
発送および配達の遅延については責任を負いかねます。すべての配達所要時間は推定値であり、保証されるものではありません。配送業者、通関手続き、または当社の管理外の出来事によって生じた遅延については、当社は責任を負いません。当社が商品を配送業者に転送した時点で、所有権および損失の危険はお客様に移ります。

セクション26-商品の製造および配送
当店の商品は、外部のオンデマンド印刷サービス（Printful）によって製造および発送されます。ご注文のタイミングによっては、印刷パートナーの都合や在庫状況により、発送までに想定以上の時間を要する場合や、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

セクション27-配送および所有権の移転
商品が配送業者に引き渡された時点で、商品に関する所有権および紛失のリスクはお客様に移転します。配送業者の遅延、ストライキ、天災等によるお届けの遅れについて、当店は一切の責任を負いません。

Section 26 - Manufacturing and Delivery of Products

Our products are manufactured and shipped by an external print-on-demand service (Printful). Depending on the timing of your order, due to the printing partner's circumstances or inventory status, shipping may take longer than expected, or your order may be subject to cancellation.

Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you once the items are handed over to the shipping carrier. We assume no responsibility for delivery delays caused by carrier delays, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events.
